(case 2): Founding / Establishing a new company

This included everything from the development of a business plan, founding of the company, finding and furnishing offices, bank negotiations, selection and negotiations with (future) partners, legal and fiscal discussions with accountants and lawyers, staffing, creation of house-style, development of brochures, market research and market development. After an initial period of about half a year, we were retained to continue managing the company for another year and a half.
