Transition Manager with the task of insourcing an IT-services company (> 250 employees).
Part of the challenge here was that both organisations were very well organised but the new parent companys mode of operations covered more than one division and was very different to the mode of operations of the IT-services company, requiring the standardising of processes and tooling across the whole. The company today is a fully integrated part of the new parent company.
