• Redesign student administration processes in schools (>1000)
• Redesign information exchange processes between schools and the government agency
• Design, Build, Test and Implement new systems for the government agency

The main purpose of this project was to improve policy-making and policy-evaluation, as well as the elimination of invalid financial claims from schools. The law, the basis for these changes, was finally passed in parliament and the systems are now in place and deliver the management information required, thus delivering the foundation for the development of new law or policies.
