Project Manager – Large European player in Travel Industry Market
This ‘project’ should probably be regarded as a ‘program’ being actually a ‘multiple’-project. It covered linkage with the ‘core-business’, a strong focus on ‘objective’ and ‘communications’ management, as well as involvement of board-management. Our activities involved the renewed start of the project, and the production of project, quality, and communication plans.
We were able to deliver the project goal within an extremely strict timeframe. All (and more) expected improvements in the delivery-process of travel-papers (i.e. to be efficient, complete, timely and secure) were achieved.
